WaveData continues to be managed today by its two founders, Charles Joynson and Michael Norfolk, with Charles focussing his attentions on WaveData’s Commercial activities whilst Michael principally concentrates on Technical matters.
The heart of WaveData’s operations is, of course, our UK price database. A dedicated Data Management team is responsible for both the continuing and timely supply of up-to-date price data from across the UK and for the rapid and accurate input to the database of the many supplier prices we receive every day.
Much of the focus within WaveData is on product enhancement & new system development. Our Product Development section, established during 2006, works closely with both commercial & technical departments to ensure that WaveData’s suite of products consistently meet the needs of the highly-competitive UK pharma market.
Whilst continuously working to deliver improved functionality within our products, our development section also offers fundamental Support to all our customers, to assist them in maximising their commercial advantage.
None of these sections could function, however, without the efforts of an effective Marketing operation, and the support of a highly-integrated Administration section.
